1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CannabisLoungeCA.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be 21 years of age or older and physically located in California to use this Platform.

2. What We Are

CannabisLoungeCA.com is a directory and event platform for licensed cannabis consumption lounges in California. We list venues, publish event information, and facilitate RSVPs between users and lounge operators. We are not a cannabis retailer, dispensary, delivery service, or cannabis business of any kind. We do not sell, transfer, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis or cannabis products.

3. Federal Law Notice

Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under the federal Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. § 812). The possession, cultivation, sale, and use of cannabis may be illegal under federal law regardless of state law. Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws before visiting any cannabis consumption lounge. CannabisLoungeCA.com expressly disclaims any liability arising from your use of or presence at any cannabis lounge.

4. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Platform. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Use of this Platform by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 21.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account or access another person's account without authorization. You agree to notify us immediately at partners@cannabisloungeca.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Lounge Listings and Accuracy

Lounge information — including hours, pricing, events, license status, and descriptions — is provided by lounge operators and may not always be current or accurate. A “Verified” badge indicates only that we have checked a license number against California state records at the time of verification. It is not a guarantee that a license is currently active or in good standing. Always contact a lounge directly to confirm details before visiting.

7. Lounge Claims and Subscriptions

Lounge operators may claim their listing by subscribing to a paid plan. By claiming a listing, the operator represents that they are authorized to manage that lounge's profile and that all information submitted is accurate. Subscription fees are billed by Stripe and governed by the payment terms presented at checkout. Refunds are not provided except as required by law.

8. RSVPs and Events

RSVPs facilitated through this Platform constitute an expression of intent between you and the lounge operator. CannabisLoungeCA.com is not a party to any transaction or agreement between you and a lounge. We are not responsible for event cancellations, changes, overbooked capacity, or any disputes arising from your attendance at or exclusion from any event.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your age, identity, or eligibility
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory lounge claims, reviews, or descriptions
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy site content for commercial use without prior written permission
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including text, design, code, logos, and editorial content — is owned by or licensed to CannabisLoungeCA.com. Lounge-provided content (images, descriptions) remains the property of the respective lounge operator. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of the Platform or any listed lounge.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CannabisLoungeCA.com, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, your reliance on any listing, or your visit to any lounge discovered through the Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CannabisLoungeCA.com and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
